I just wanted to bring to your attention the truly exceptional service I've received from the wonderful Tami Darhi. For the past 2 years, me and my girlfriend have worked with Tami for our summer vacations, and both times, the arrangements she made proved to be absolutely perfect.

Since I am a web developer by trade and very much plugged into the high-tech world, I always assumed that I would stick with a website such as Orbitz or Priceline to book a vacation, as doing things 100% online is second nature to me. However, after comparing what I found on those websites to what Tami was able to offer in terms of price and professionalism, I am still sold on the concept of having professional human assistance for booking my trips.

While making the initial arrangements, I had a great deal of changes and different hotel & airfare combinations that I asked Tami to look for and she was extremely helpful in accommodating all of my requests, never once showing anything but dedication and a true desire to find us the best deal. On top of that, when we arrived in Maui last week, we were shocked and delighted to learn that Tami had managed to pull some strings to get us with an oceanfront room at the Sheraton, which we could have never afforded to experience on our own funds, and definitely not with an online aggregator. The trip ended up being a wonderful time and my girlfriend and I got engaged that week, so we are both grateful to Tami for making the experience even that much better.

I just wanted to let you know what a great employee you have working for you.

Please accept my thanks and gratitude for an outstanding round-the-world tour, which was only made possible by the professionalism and the enormous amount of work done by the good folks at Willett. Absolutely everything went perfectly for the whole seven weeks. That includes, traveling with a group of 120 Pragerniks in 5 countries and on a cruise ship. All arrangements worked, which is a great compliment to both Willett and their tour operators. All the transfers worked flawlessly in Poland, Spain, Switzerland and Italy, the hotels were all excellent, the tour guides all outstanding, the train travel in Europe a triumph!
